PATIENTS COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The Practice follows the NHS complaint procedure when dealing with complaints. A copy of our complaints procedure is available at reception. You may contact Miss Carolanne Spence the Practice Manager with any concerns about the Practice. She will follow-up concerns appropriately.
PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP
We have an active patient participation group in order that our patients can become involved in practice activities such as: -
- Formulation of practice policies.
- Reception and dissemination of information to our practice population.
- Transport Services.
- Establishment of special interest groups.
- Fund raising.
