Wiltshire Medical services is a local consortium of doctors and nurses who are based at Chippenham and they are responsible for all out of hours emergency medical cover from 18.30 pm to 8.30 am Monday to Friday, all day and night Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.

The doctor is on call for all of Devizes and the surrounding areas. Try to restrict your calls to genuine emergencies which cannot wait. Patients who are medically fit to do so will be asked to attend either Devizes, Savernake or Chippenham hospitals depending on the time of day.

Patients who are unwell will still be visited at home if in the opinion of the doctor they are not fit to travel.
